Grandma traveling alone

I am leaving to see grandsons in Tennessee. I am leaving behind my three yorkies. Hubby Dan will be staying behind to be mom of the yorkies. I am a little concerned as Joey is the new yorkie. I am hoping hubby remembers to help Joey remember to go outside. I can only imagine coming home to welcome yellow spots on our light carpet. Hubby will then remind me of the idea that I wanted Joey. Of course Hubby is now very fond of the fact that Joey is his lap dog. I have the rug cleaner lined up for my arrival home. I will be so happy to see my hubby and the yorkies.

Rescue Yorkie

I am so happy to announce my new yorkie. Joey is six months old. I got a call from the yorkie rescue about adopting him. Next I had to do some fast talking to my husband on agreeing to adopt Joey. Upon receiving a yes we quickly got Joey the next day. He is very healthy after receiving a check-up from our vet. We got him spayed the same week. My other two yorkies welcomed him from the very start. We are now a happy family of three yorkies. The yorkie rescue is the best way to get a yorkie.

Corning Corelle Dishes

My hands are very weak due to many operations. Last year we decided to buy these square dishes from Costco. They are really cool dishes. The only bad thing now is they are very heavy. I have chipped and almost dropped them. I can only carry two dinner plates at a time. My husband loads them in the dishwasher as I fear I will drop them. Now comes the story of Corning Corelle dishes. I love shopping at Goodwill stores,etc. One day while in a store I discovered these light weight plates. I can even hold eight dinner plates without worry of dropping them. Now I can't stop collecting these plates. I have found so many different patterns. I can stack thirty dinner plates. As with regular plates only eight to ten. Today I went online and discovered there are hundred of patterns made from the early seventies till present. I can't wait till my next Goodwill hunt for these plates. I never know what I might find. Another great thing for seniors like me!

Senior Center Exercise Class

I am sixty and decided to check out my local senior center. My first thoughts were there would be old old people.To my surprise we are as old as we can exercise. I joined a exercise class and could hardly keep up. These ladies of assorted ages were good. The price of a dollar per class is excellent. The classes are five days a week. I am planning on going as often as I can. I can hardly wait to meet alot of new friends with lots of wisdom and great shapes.

My Three Grandsons

Two of my grandsons live in Teneesee. Grandson Nick is sixteen and a junior in high school. He's usually driving one of his trucks.Justin is twelve and a sixth grader in middle school. He's a proud owner of a cell phone he received for Christmas.

My youngest grandson Finn is three months old. His favorite pastimes are eating, pooping and keeping his parents up at night.

Newest Casino

We ventured out to Redhawk casino.Its about a hundred miles from home in Tracy. The casino is very large. The food was excellent. There was an endless amount of great slot machines. Redhawk casino was an excellent place to go for the day.
